Rockman’s Aluminum foundry has 3 casting processes – High Pressure Die Casting, Low Pressure Die Casting and Gravity Die Casting and has a processing capacity of more than 140,000 tonnes per annum. Rockman has an installed alloy wheel capacity of more than 13 Million alloy wheels and is India’s largest 2W alloy wheel manufacturer apart from having a dedicated facility for manufacturing 4W alloy wheels.
Additionally, Rockman also has a facility for manufacturing Motorcycle chains with an installed capacity of more than 10 Million chains. With manufacturing facilities spread across 8 locations, Rockman serves a list of marque OEMs across the 2W and 4W spectrum such as Hero MotoCorp Ltd., TVS Motor, Royal Enfield, Ather Energy, Revolt Motors, Ola Electric, Honda Cars, Kia Motors, Mahindra & Mahindra, TATA Motors and Ford and also caters to a host of global and reputed Tier-1 suppliers across the world.
